We will ship your item after we have received full payment.  We accept PayPal for your safe and secure payment of our products.

We process orders within 1 - 2 business days, 3-5 days for large custom orders.

 

Our  Shipping:

 

We use premium shipping mailers to ensure our products reach you in the quality condition they are shipped to you.

 

We do not charge for 'handling' your products, ONLY the cost for us to actually mail it to you.  We include the cost of weight, the mailer itself and tracking for all of our product shipped to you.

 

Please allow, depending on where you are ordering from, time for your package to arrive within 3-5 business days.

If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact us immediately!  We want you to have an easy and hastle free experience with our online store and customer service.

 

We ask that you notifiy us by email of your intentions to send any merchandise back to us immediately by email.

Should you wish to return the item(s), please send your item back as you received within 7 days, in a fully resalable condition; that is, in it's original packaging, with the tag and labels attached, and the item must not have been worn (sterling silver cuffs and bangles) or damaged.  You will be responsible for postage costs. Refunds will be processed after we have received the item, and you will be notified by email.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us, we can arrange for an exchange so long as the item you are returning is in fully resalable condition as listed above.
